New conversion board able to replace electromagnetic or other expensive flowmeters. It uses the stroke counter to analyse the movement of the pump piston. Knowing the number of cycles and the displacement of the pump, it produces a signal equivalent to that of the flowmeters.
You can completely set this board up via a PC. This characteristic makes it very versatile and perfect for any pump, as long as it has at least one piston in movement .
Advantages in comparison with the traditional system:
economic and easy to install
suitable for any pump which has got a piston
reliable and long-lived
Disadvantages:
slightly less precise
However, as the board can be totally set up, it can become more precise via an accurate setting.
