Jetgrouting technique means to inject, at a high pressure, a grout mixing into soil. In this way, soil and grout are mixed up and the first one consolidates. DAT instruments offers the JET 4000 AME / J system for this kind of injection and this is a high quality product with many functionalities.

Drilling stroke:
Measuring and recording of:

  • drill depth
  • feed force
  • feed speed
  • boring rod rotation speed
  • boring rod rotation torque
  • water flow and pressure parameters
  • time of drill and duration
Visualization, directly on datalogger LCD, of recorded parameters, of graphics and of summarizing data.

Injection stroke:
-  Measuring and recording of:

  • instantaneous maximum, minimum and average pressure of the grout cement
  • instantaneous maximum, minimum and average flow
  • injected volume
  • bar rotation speed
  • rod travel housing
  • injected column length
  • start and end time of the injection and duration

-  Visualization, directly on datalogger LCD, of momentary pressure, flow and volume values, of injection graphics and of summarizing reports.

Recorded data is also
downloaded on PC to create summarizing reports and for an easy and quick information file concerning the injections carried out. It is possible to export data to Microsoft Excel and to print them.

It is also possible to link to this datalogger a thermal printer to print immediately  measured parameters.
